Shipping Policy

USA orders:

All orders from the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the central mountainous regions) benefit from free shipping. These orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via standard shipment by Amazon logistics or FedEx Ground. Delivery times may vary based on availability. Orders to areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or the central mountainous regions may experience slightly longer delivery times. Please note that if your order contains several products, these might be shipped separately and from different warehouses.

International orders:

For specially discounted items, free shipping will be applied.

All international orders are shipped via FedEx. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your order if it is to be shipped to a P.O. Box address.

Shipment to APO/FPO addresses

Customs, duties, and taxes

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping note:

Ensure that you enter the correct name, address, and contact information for both shipping and billing before placing your order. Once a purchase is made, we are unable to change the billing address. If the wrong shipping address is entered, please contact our support team at info@nextusindustry.com  as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee successful delivery of orders after they have been shipped, and you may incur additional charges for changing the shipping address.

We assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:

  • 1-2 days handling shipping time
  • No access/reception for carrier to deliver your order at your address.
  • Delays or delivery failures caused by the consignee’s actions. These actions include but are not limited to refusing to pay duties and taxes, refusing to receive the order, changing the address after the order is shipped, entering the wrong address or incorrect contact information, etc.
  • Delays due to force majeure, which includes but is not limited to unforeseen or inevitable weather conditions and natural disasters, communication system interference or malfunction, government actions, changes in postal administration policy.
  • Shipments which are confiscated due to violations of local laws and regulations.
  • Packages that are unable to be delivered to the stated address entered on file.
